OUR OFFERINGS

Holotropic 3-Part Breathing Workshop
Join us for a powerful 90-minute journey of self-exploration and inner healing through Holotropic 3-Part Breathing. This transformative breathwork practice combines conscious breathing techniques with mindful integration to access expanded states of awareness and emotional release.
We’ll begin with a short introduction and intention-setting, creating a safe and grounded container for the session. From there, you’ll be guided through 30 minutes of active 3-part holotropic breathing—designed to unlock deep energetic patterns, release emotional blockages, and awaken your inner healer. Following the breathwork, we’ll move into 30 minutes of silent or lightly guided meditation for integration. This time allows the nervous system to settle and the insights from the experience to land more fully in the body and mind.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or a returning practitioner, this session offers a supportive space to reconnect with your breath.

Journey Through Sound - Sound Bath
Join us for an afternoon workshop of SOUND, using crystal bowls, gongs, flute and a variety other instruments as well as vocals and mantras for an immersive experience, as we dive into vibrational frequencies.
There will be no movement during this workshop, all you will need is a yoga mat, and blanket.
What is sound therapy?
Particular sounds can cause our brain waves to speed up or slow down. Sound alters the nervous system primarily because of entrainment. Entrainment shifts our brainwave state by changing the rhythm and frequency of the wave patterns. That is why during a sound healing session, your normal waking (beta) state shifts to (alpha) relaxed or (theta) meditative state. Some people experience a type of conscious sleep, where they are self-aware, not in the physical sense, but more of a general awareness. Other people fall into a deep sleep (delta) where there is neither awareness of the physical body nor mental images. Healing and reprogramming is optimal in the theta and delta state, where it is almost impossible to be stressed or agitated.
Registration is required as space is limited.

Intro To EFT "Tapping" - Emotional Freedom Technique for Stress & Anxiety
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a simple yet powerful practice that blends acupressure with elements of psychotherapy to help release stress and ease emotional tension. By gently tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points across your face, body, and hands, you can calm your nervous system, shift out of “fight or flight,” and invite a greater sense of peace and positivity. But it’s more than just tapping — it’s about tuning into what’s really going on inside. As you focus on a particular worry, emotion, or challenge, the tapping helps clear emotional blocks and bring your body and mind back into balance.
In this workshop, Susan and Nadia will lead you through a guided tapping sequence followed by a soothing meditation to deepen your sense of calm and clarity. Come tap into your inner peace — you won’t want to miss this experience!
