Restoration and Somatics - Your Daily Classes
Each class from Day 1 to Day 5 will be focused on nervous system regulation, integration, somatics and yoga therapy. Our time together will focus on healing and restoration with a heavy emphasis on yoga therapy and somatic therapy.
Somatic healing is a body centered path of restoration.
It gently reconnects you to the innate wisdom of your body, helping you soften the layers of tension, trauma, and stress that have been held inside. Rather than working only through the mind, this approach invites the whole of you breath, movement, and felt sensation - back into harmony.
Through this work, the nervous system finds safety again. Emotions begin to flow, the weight of survival loosens, and a deeper sense of presence and ease emerges. Whether moving through anxiety, grief, depression, or the echoes of old wounds, somatic healing opens the door to profound relief and remembrance - a return to your essence.
EXPERIENCE #1 - Ethereal Embrace Soundscape
Sound heals in profound ways, and our journey through and with sound began not only in Tulum, but where this retreat takes place.
We will be immersing you in an experience that will level up any sound experience you've ever had in the past with an ethereal embrace. This immersive sound portal will be held in a Water Temple (Cenote Sagrado), this sacred sound experience is a ceremonial immersion into vibration, presence, and divine remembrance.
The journey begins with a fire ceremony, where intentions are anchored in, and continues with a multi-instrumental soundscape led by a team of Sound Shamans. Weaving together ancestral and celestial tones, inviting you to journey inward and outward — into the mystery, into healing, into the sacred.
After the experience you can float in the cenote if you wish.
EXPERIENCE #2 - La Mesa A Sacred Extension of Ceremony
In addition to our meals seaside, we will be whisking you away to a private lunch in the cenote for La Mesa, a sacred extension of the ceremony.
Set within our jungle sanctuary and overlooking the cenote at a private restaurant, we will be offering our group a space to gather, integrate, and nourish the body in alignment with the spirit.
Meals are freshly prepared using locally sourced ingredients, and each dish is served with intention and reverence. Dining will becomes a moment to share stories, ground after deep ceremonial work, or simply savour the beauty of presence.
EXPERIENCE #3 - The Original Mayan Clay Experience
This is one of my personal favourite experiences in Tulum which is why it will be included in your retreat. It releases everything on a very deep level, not with pressure, but with a combination of lymphatic release, muscle release and the healing properties of the clay, while being treated amongst the vibrational frequency of the ocean and jungle. In 2021 it was ranked as one of the Top 10 Experiences in the World... you will come out floating on a cloud. This is not your typical body treatment.
Mayan Clay Spa is an ancient organic spa on the jungle side of the Beach Road Tulum just a few steps away from where you'll be staying. Each attendee will receive the Original Mayan Clay body massage. A detailed healing massage treatment with warm Mayan Clay, which regenerates and detoxes the body & soul.
SPECIAL WORKSHOP with Veronica Ciandre
Veronica Ciandre will be sharing her experience with EMFs, nervous system sovereignty and how to work with tools and practices to help keep your system regulated and healthy.
In 2010 Veronica was diagnosed with a then little known environmental illness called Electro Hyper Sensitivity (EHS).
This is when someone has an unpleasant and often painful physical reaction, or experiences a series of delayed symptoms after exposure to high levels of Radiation or Electromagnetic fields.
She has since founded her company iSOLA, using the Fibonacci sequence, a sacred sequence of numbers found throughout nature and the cosmos as the backbone of her jewelry designed to help absorb EMFs and work with your personal frequency. Also called ‘God’s Language In Numbers” and the ‘Divine Code’, the mathematical Fibonacci sequence can be found almost everywhere including the movement of planets and waves, the petals of a rose, the pattern on a nautilus shell, and your DNA. Exposure to the pattern has a healing and resonant effect on the DNA.

These Jungle Pool Rooms, with garden views and just 100m from the beach, were inspired by local Maya culture. Each features a thatched palapa roof and interiors designed with a traditional Mexican aesthetic in mind. Each has a net-draped king-size bed (or choice of two beds) with bamboo cotton linens, ceiling fans and sliding doors opening on to a shared plunge pool. In the open-plan bathroom, separated from the bedroom by a half partition, you’ll find a rainfall shower. All rooms have WiFi, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, minibar, filtered water, beach bag and local bath products.

As an internationally known yoga teacher and educator, Nadia leads with soul, fire and intent, and empathy which attributes to a teaching style that is both uplifting and powerful, yet also intuitive and nourishing.
Her association with yoga began at birth having been raised in a Vedic household, thus fueling her fire to create a yoga school that combines both the traditional and modern sides of yoga. She is extremely passionate about education, personal growth, and discovering the world. DO I NEED A VISA TO VISIT MEXICO?
No.
WHAT AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?
You can fly into Cancun airport for the most affordable flight options and times, just note that you would have to book a transfer either with a private transportation company (cheapest) or taxi to get to Tulum which is about 90 min from the airport give or take traffic.
There is also a brand new airport in Tulum that is much closer however the scheduling and flight options are a hit and miss.
HOW DO I GET TO THE RETREAT FROM THE AIRPORT?
We can suggest and help to arrange private or shared transportation for you. It takes approximately 90 minutes from the airport, or 119 km.

WHAT IS THE ELECTRICAL CURRENT/OUTLET IN MEXICO?
Regular American plugs are used, there is no need for adaptors, unless you are attending from overseas. There is no grid power along the coast in Tulum. Lula generates their own electricity onsite and provide 24-hour electricity at the hotel, however they do have power consumption limits and strongly request that you do not use appliances that consume high volumes of power.
WHAT IS THE CURRENCY?
At the hotel you can use your credit card, however in Tulum (and most of Mexico), cash is king. Mexican Pesos and US Dollars are accepted everywhere, however it is recommended to carry smaller money denominations as some local businesses often run out of change. It is becoming more common for Travelers Checks NOT to be accepted in the area. Some banks still accept American Express traveler’s checks and this is where you are likely to get the best exchange rate, however you should be prepared for a long wait in the queue at the bank. It is easier to withdraw cash from an ATM where you will also get a good exchange rate. Please be aware there is a daily withdrawal limit at the ATM’s, currently $5,000 pesos. Credit cards are not widely accepted in the area.
WHAT TO BRING?
The Yucatan peninsula is a special and unique environment. We urge everyone to use biodegradable products such as sunblock and mosquito repellents, to look after our beautiful environment. When visiting any of the wonderful cenotes in the region, it is recommended you shower to remove any products such as sunblock that may pollute the natural water system. We provide beach bags and beach towels and bottled water for our guests. We invite you to bring your own refillable water bottle and help do your bit to save the environment. When packing for your visit be sure to include any necessary medications that you use, and it is wise to carry a photocopy of your physician’s original prescription for those medications with you. Pharmacies are widely available in Tulum but they may not have the same medications as pharmacies in your home country. Be certain to carry a photocopy of your passport’s information page and copies of any relevant visas with you. These copies can help immensely if you lose your original passport . Copies of any insurance policies, such as travel and medical, should be carried with you, as well their emergency contact numbers. There is no street lighting or designated pedestrian paths in some areas along the beach road. It is recommended you bring a small flashlight if you will be walking at night.
ARE THERE MOSQUITOS?
Sometimes. We recommend bringing a mosquito repellent and applying it generously at dusk and dawn, when they this is the equivalent of their happy hour.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer a pay in full option or payment plans that can be modified for your needs. All payment plans are subject to a $100 fee. We accept all types of payments with cards, PayPal, cash, e-transfer or wire transfer.
IS MY TRIP REFUNDABLE?
No. The facility has a very strict no refund policy. If you cancel your trip, they do not offer refunds for any reason. That being said, any reservation can be transferred to another guest in case you sell your spot to someone else in the lieu of having to cancel. This is subject to a fee of $250. We highly recommend you take out travel or health insurance if you are concerned about this.
