Cynthia was at a class in 1986, teaching dance aerobics, when someone said, “oh, you are pregnant! When are you due?” She answered, “Today!” That is how long fitness has been part of Cynthia’s life. Through the years she has lead dance aerobics, strength and conditioning alongside a love of hiking, biking and swimming. It is paying off now in her retirement. She has certification from IDEA, YMCA, and CanFit Pro in various areas. She partners with her daughter in their mother/daughter adventures, and has hiked parts of the Bruce Trail, The Cotswold Way, Wicklow Way and now is enjoying living in Elliot Lake and finding adventure. She invites you to come and have some fun learning about your heart and how to keep it fit! Her “functional movement” attitude alongside her love of cognitive wellness make for a fun and activity-based class.
