Candace discovered yoga at the age of 17 and has spent the past 14 years deepening and evolving her practice both on and off the mat.

Her teaching style blends vinyasa, fascia-based movement, postnatal yoga, meditation and pranayama, all rooted in a deep commitment to embodied experience. Through her classes, she aims to foster physical and mental strength, alignment and a sense of ease.

As a mom of 2, Candace brings a grounded, compassionate perspective to her classes – understanding firsthand the need for simplicity, presence and space to breathe and reconnect in the midst of busy, demanding seasons of life. She is currently expanding her work through studies in Ayurvedic health and is excited to integrate this ancient wisdom into her offerings.

Her mission is to help others cultivate calmness and alignment in both body and mind.
