With a lifelong passion for sports and fitness, I have dedicated myself to helping others achieve their wellness goals through movement and mindfulness. My journey began with yoga, where I completed my teacher training, deepening my understanding of body alignment and mind-body connection. Seeking to expand my expertise, I pursued Pilates training at East to West Studio in Toronto, where I refined my skills in core strength, flexibility, and balance. As a certified Pilates instructor, I strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all my students, regardless of their fitness levels. My classes emphasize precision, control, and breathwork, encouraging participants to connect with their bodies and enhance their overall well-being.
