Nourishment offering sacred grounding and a quiet reverence, inviting healing and nourishment to your entire body.
The Sacred Pause
April 12-16, 2027
This is it. A sacred entry point, designed from beginning to end as a sanctuary for the nervous system.
In the quiet beauty of Quebec, where ancient forests meet river currents and stone holds centuries of stillness, you are held in something deeper. The pace softens here. The air invites you to listen.
It is in this space that we gently release the weight of survival and return to your natural rhythm - steady, grounded, and whole.
Through movement, breath, ritual, and rest, this journey guides you into the deepest exhale of your life - where healing begins, and your soul remembers the power of stillness.
This is for the ones whose nervous systems hum with anticipation - the next message, the next demand, the next pull outward. For those who feel wired yet weary, craving a softer way.
This is an intimate, boutique experience - refined, spacious, and deeply restorative. Not for everyone, but for those whose soul is quietly, clearly whispering: no more waiting, no more hiding, no more living on the back burner.
SACRED PEACE
OLD QUEBEC
A living museum, featuring the oldest homes in North America, this is where history is felt deeply in ones bones. Known as the "cradle of French civilization in North America," Old Quebec is one of the most charming cities offering architecture reminiscent of France with the most charming streets, buildings, and sites.
It is the only remaining walled city north of Mexico City, with extensive ramparts, gates, and the Citadelle, making it an exceptional example of a fortified colonial city.
HEALTH FOCUSED MEALS

The experiences, food, guest teacher, everything has been mindfully selected and curated so that you are not only held in a cocoon of softness and, but nourished in a way that utilizes nature, sacred ceremony and traditions, and knowledge from experience that can't be Googled.
Profound healing takes place in rest, and space that is sacred and holy. This is not simply a trip to a luxurious destination, or a glamorized vacay, it's designed from day 1 to 4 for you to return to your natural state, find connection and inspiration, and leave nourished - mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Exhale and allow yourself to unwind the circuitry that's been firing on overdrive.

In Old Québec, a rich heritage dating back nearly four centuries offers you a unique wellness experience paired with classes and workshops that touch the soul. During this incredible 5 day and 4 night reset, we will be staying in a restored former Augustinian cloister dating back to the 17th century. This building holds a very long history as it was founded in 1639 by Augustinian nuns, establishing it as the first hospital north of Mexico to serve the poor.
Now, it has been restored to a non-profit wellness centre that holds a deep peace and healing with a unique spin. The stunning modern architecture has been designed to blend beautifuly with centuries-old stone walls. You have the choice to stay in the traditional historic nun's quarters, or a plushy contemporary modern option. Unique and personalized holistic health treatment inspired by centuries of healing tradition await.
Your body will be nourished with fresh, organic, locally sourced ingredients, prepared by skilled chefs.
Our classes and workshops invite you to soften, release, and reconnect with your essence. These small retreats are designed to work with your nervous system first. The body and muscles follow. Every practice is intentionally gentle and slow for safe release and restoration.
Restoration and Somatics - Your Daily Classes
Each class from Day 1 to Day 5 will be focused on nervous system regulation, integration, somatics and yoga therapy. Our time together will focus on healing and restoration with a heavy emphasis on yoga therapy and somatic therapy.
Somatic healing is a body centered path of restoration.
It gently reconnects you to the innate wisdom of your body, helping you soften the layers of tension, trauma, and stress that have been held inside. Rather than working only through the mind, this approach invites the whole of you breath, movement, and felt sensation - back into harmony.
Through this work, the nervous system finds safety again. Emotions begin to flow, the weight of survival loosens, and a deeper sense of presence and ease emerges. Whether moving through anxiety, grief, depression, or the echoes of old wounds, somatic healing opens the door to profound relief and remembrance - a return to your essence.
EXPERIENCE #1 -Strøm Nordic Spa

The new Strøm Nordic Spa in Old Quebec was built in the midst of a location rich in history, becoming without a doubt the most magnificent spa in the province.
The vastness and power, but also the tranquility of the St. Lawrence River give the site the feeling of a little escape. The thoughtful architectural views harmonize with the richness of the site. North America’s largest flotation bath is surrounded by candles, bringing the floating experience closer to meditation. An infinity pool for contemplation, a steam bath made of marble, a feeling of intimacy in the atmosphere: the experience is unique and reaches its peak with the indoor/outdoor bath, a journey between darkness and light.
This experience includes outdoor whirlpools, hot and cold baths, fllotation bath with Epsom salt, infinity swimming pool, Finnish saunas, eucalyptus and essential oil steam baths, thermal and Nordic waterfalls, indoor and outdoor relaxation areas with fireplaces, terraces, and much more!
EXPERIENCE #2 - CRYSTAL SOUND BATH IN THE VAULTS
The Vaults
This deeply restorative journey designed to gently guide you out of the noise of daily life and into a state of profound inner calm. Surrounded by the pure, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, you’ll be invited to lie down, get comfortable, and simply receive.
As the vibrations move through the body, they work subtly yet powerfully, soothing the nervous system, softening mental tension, and creating space for emotional release and energetic realignment.
Each frequency interacts with the body in a unique way, often bringing you into a meditative, dreamlike state where time dissolves and the mind quiets.
This is not something you need to “do.” There is no effort required.
Only a willingness to rest and be held.
