In addition to a weekly schedule of regular classes in Northern Ontario, I offer yoga, sound healing, essential oil, and herbal workshops, as well as yoga teacher trainings.

108 Sun Salutations
Ready for a challenge, and to bring a new/old tradition into your year? Let's welcome 2026 with a moving prayer with 108 sun salutations! I do this every, single year, moving it to different locations to allow for other communities to participate. We are SO excited to have Elliot Lake as our home studio for this event this time around. We'll be moving to a fun playlist to keep the energy up, and ending with a cool down, savasana, and meditation. You can rest anytime you need, there is no requirement to do every single movement, come for the community, for the movement and health of your body and as a beautiful way to greet the New Year. Long gone are the days where hangovers are the traditional way to greet the first day of the year. Let's change that up, and do something a little more mindful, and meaningful. It will set the stage for the next 365 days to come.
Holotropic 3-Part Breathwork
Join us for a powerful 90-minute journey of self-exploration and inner healing through Holotropic 3-Part Breathing. This transformative breathwork practice combines conscious breathing techniques with mindful integration to access expanded states of awareness and emotional release. We’ll begin with a short introduction and intention-setting, creating a safe and grounded container for the session. From there, you’ll be guided through 30 minutes of active 3-part holotropic breathing—designed to unlock deep energetic patterns, release emotional blockages, and awaken your inner healer. Following the breathwork, we’ll move into 30 minutes of silent or lightly guided meditation for integration. This time allows the nervous system to settle and the insights from the experience to land more fully in the body and mind. Whether you’re new to breathwork or a returning practitioner, this session offers a supportive space to reconnect with your breath.
Restorative Yoga & Thai Massage Workshop
Join Nadia and John for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating two-hour workshop combining the gentle healing of Restorative Yoga with the therapeutic touch of Thai Yoga Massage. This unique experience invites you to unwind as you are guided through a series of supportive, long-held yoga poses designed to calm the mind, release tension, and promote healing. As you relax in these postures, skilled practitioners will provide personalized Thai Yoga Massage treatments. This ancient healing art combines gentle stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic massage to enhance relaxation, improve circulation, and release stored stress in the body. Whether you're seeking rest, renewal, or a mindful way to care for your body and mind, this workshop offers the perfect opportunity to nurture yourself.
